Percentage of success varies depending on the Level and the additional of the Item and the Wing Level 1 the maximum percentage of success is 90%.
NOTE:
- The higher and additional level have the excellent item and the Wing Level 1 will be more likely to succeed.
- The cost in Zen for the creation of the Cape Depends on the percentage of success.
- The Crest of Monarch Drops from Mounsters Level 78 in Adelante.

1. Go to the Chaos Machine located in Noria and click on Regular Combination.
2. Insert 1 Wing Level 1 Minimum +4, Item Excellent Minimum + 4 + 4 Additional, 1 Crest of Monarch, 1 Jewel of Chaos and click on Combining.
3. Accept or Cancel the Process of creating the Cape.
